2. Accessing this website

When you access the website, technically necessary connection data are processed, in particular your IP address, the time of access, the requested page and browser and device information. This processing serves to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors and to prevent misuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our online service.

3. Pilot enquiries and contact

When you submit a pilot enquiry, we process your company, contact name, business email address, optional telephone number and the information you provide about your project, use case and message. We use these data solely to process your enquiry, contact you personally and prepare a possible pilot or contractual relationship.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures. If an enquiry is not aimed at a possible contract, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling business communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients and technical service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security features, storage of pilot enquiries and email delivery. Notifications about pilot enquiries are sent to the TACKENOVA business mailbox, for which Google email services are used. Service providers receive data only to the extent required to provide their respective services and are engaged in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

Where data are processed outside the European Economic Area, this takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Pilot and contact enquiries are retained while they are being handled. If no business relationship results, we generally delete the enquiry no later than twelve months after processing has concluded. If a business relationship arises or statutory retention or evidentiary duties apply, the required data are retained for the applicable statutory period and deleted afterwards.

Technical log data are retained only for as long as required for security, troubleshooting and technical operation.

6. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies and does not perform profiling. Technically necessary security features of the hosting provider may be used where required to protect and operate the website.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise your rights, email office@tackenova.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The competent Spanish authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

8. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling.
